I made an appointment online and shortly after I got a call and spoke with Javier, who quoted me $419 for two tires including installation. I drove from Salt Lake and also purchased the $169 annual alignment package. Everything went well during the service and communication was great. However, when I went to pay, I was given an invoice for $788. When I asked why it was so much higher than what I had been quoted, Javier told me he had quoted me incorrectly. I then had to continue questioning the difference before the invoice was adjusted, first to $688 and ultimately to $624. I appreciate that the price was eventually corrected and that they worked with me. My concern is that I had to bring up the discrepancy more than once before the final bill reflected what I had reasonably expected based on the phone quote. My family has used this location for years and has always had good experiences, and the actual work and communication during my visit were good. That is why this caught me so off guard. I just wish the pricing issue had been addressed proactively rather than putting me in the position of having to advocate for myself at checkout-twice! Can I use the alignment package at a

Jayme Miller and everyone at Big O Tires are amazing. My mother had a flat tire and they went out to help her on the freeway.. They even fixed the tire and drove it back to our address. I've been going to this location for years and they are top notch. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

brought my 2017 Volvo to Big O for brake service and alignment. Shortly afterward, I noticed a loud noise and returned to the shop a second time to give them the opportunity to correct the issue. Unfortunately, the problem continued. During my second visit, I began noticing that my brake fluid was running low and saw drips underneath my vehicle. I contacted the shop multiple times to report my concerns and was frustrated that the issue was not resolved. After losing confidence in their service, I requested a refund and was told the owner was golfing in St. George and would not authorize one. I later had my vehicle inspected by Grease Monkey, who documented the brake line issue with photographs and informed me that damage like this can occur from improper handling during brake service. They advised me that, because Big O had serviced my brakes twice, they believed Big O should take responsibility. I was told my vehicle was not safe to drive and took it to Volvo for repair. I have now paid $1,495 out of pocket to have the issue fixed. I trusted Big O with my vehicle and my safety. I cant say enough great things about this location! Jayme and crew are stellar in their mechanical knowledge and client service. Theyre fair, reasonable, accomodating and DOG FRIENDLY for military and domestic service/support animals. I spend my hard earned here for any issues regarding vehicles. Theyre resourceful meaning if they dont know they find someone who knows. They honor warranties to the tea. In this economy and service industry great service is few and far between. These guys are Aces! They take great care of their clients. Thank me later!

I have had to use this Big O location here in South Jordan two separate times in the last month for two of my vehicles. I had to do some flat repairs on these vehicles and Brandon, one of the service advisors, was helpful both of those times. They were busy here, but he was able to get me taken care of in a timely fashion. I am grateful for professionals, like Brandon and his crew at Big O tire.
